Cashrewards 2FA down?!

Hi,

Trying to withdraw a cashback but can't as it appears mobile 2FA is down. I've tried two different mobile phone numbers and don't receive an SMS with the security code on either. Anyone else having issues?

    I've been having issues with 2fa providers since the weekend. SecurEnvoy and whatever KFC uses haven't worked for me. I just never recieve the text. I get other messages fine. I've disabled all spam filters, reset my sim and phone, very frustrating.

      Interesting. CR 2FA still not working for me. Tried 3x different mobile numbers which are Telstra and Optus networks.

      Would really appreciate if CR could at least tell their customers 2FA is not working!!!

    are they only allowing mobile number not the token like authy 2fas ?
    hmm when checking my authy i can see i have setup 2fa with them for cashreward, but weird the code number is 7 digits not 6.

      I can't see CR listed on Authy

    To all people that are affected by this issue please raise a support case. The more cases raised the more they may look at this with more seriousness and maybe provide an alternative 2FA method.
