Looking to grab a 1TB micro SD card for my SteamDeck. Want to get a good deal on one but also want to stay away from dodgy sellers.
Where do you recommend getting one from?

Check the upvotes - and read comments, but directly from amazon does look like the most popular posted option
Amazon have SD card sale every month or so. I have ordered 10+ Sandisk/Samsung sd cards and all of them are real official products.
need to make sure Amazon is the seller not a third party.
OP should get an SSD like Porker suggested.
How do you tell if it's Amazon and not a third party? I see the Sandisk store as a seller when I look on Amazon
Take this link for example.
Shipped by amazon and sold by Sunwood

You can click on the section that "Other sellers on Amazon"
@Caped Baldy: Ok, so I only should buy products that have

Sold by Amazon?
@hamsammich: yeah or amazon US/UK/Germany etc
At the current price point of 1TB micro SDs, it might be better to look at a 2230 2TB SSD which is the same-ish price.
You'll need to be reasonably familiar with electronics to perform the SSD swap - there are many youtube videos on how to do this.
I'm probably going to do the SSD and the SD card for storage.
If you want to be 100% sure, price match Amazon/online at a physical store like officeworks or JB
I got officeworks to price beat Amazon for my 1tb card for steam deck - worked out great price wise, and can guarantee authenticity.
and there is Amazon prime days coming up which may have better pricing
BH Photo Video from New York. Last time I got an SD card delivered, they put it in a simple letter envelope, so shipping was negligible.
Otherwise look at MSY computers.
Amazon has prime day coming up. I’d wait.
do you know when it's happening?
amazon generally has some nice deals from time to time - just keep an eye out, maybe set up an alert on ozbargain for MICRO as a keyword.
