Hard to get a good read on how much these are usually. Not many places seem to sell these in Australia. A couple of places on eBay are selling them for $30+ and Amazon claims that these were $34.16. Google reckons they were $26. Even the camels don't have a whole lot of info.

Can't find a whole lot of info regarding the pens themselves either but I imagine being Rotring, they'll at least be alright. I reckon it's worth trying them at this price.

  They used to be popular before Autocad and when they were made in Germany. Now they are just a another pen brand.

    Nothing about that listing makes sense. Are you getting an eraser or a Nintendo controller?
