256GB for $1782 may be the cheapest price yet. I'm not sure if it is, but someone will chime in with confirmation or otherwise :)

So it's not the cheapest it's been. But a pretty good price, even with the new 16 Pros coming out in 2 months.

  now that these have usb-c i prefer getting the 128gb version and using the rest of the money on getting an external ssd / flash drive you can store and more easily access on other devices

    fyi 128gb limited to 1080p ProRes video recording - can't do 4k without external storage :(

      i'm a videographer and have definitely shot internal 4k prores on mine via the blackmagic camera app. anyone shooting on prores is likely going to be using that anyway to shoot with the LUT preview on log colour space, way easier to use and i just bind it to the quick access button. you can then just offload to a larger external ssd which you'd probably want to do anyway
