Boost Mobile Tracking out of The Blue

I last placed an order for a boost sim at the start of may, it arrived no problem.

this morning i just got an email with tracking info for another one without doing anything

anyone else had anything like this?

    Plus if you contact them, they might end up cancelling the real transaction and you end up with nothing.

      More likely they've just accidentally sent you the tracking notification email for someone else's order, I've had that happen before. Not that they are actually sending you a sim.

    wow, I got the same. Its for a sim I ordered in may which I received already. tracking number given in the email was already delivered.

    Same thing happened to me. Also received a one time code email from Telstra. Was worried someone was trying to steal my number. Now I don't know what is happening.

    Same here. I got 20 emails in the last 2 weeks. Didn't receive any sims. Checked my card didn't get charged anything then I just ignored it.

      yeah the tracking number just stayed gray nothing came of it. doesn't give you much confidence in thier computer systems though
