Just got notified by ProductReview.com.au that Consumer Affairs Victoria issued a public warning on Mifo Australia, an earbud seller in Australia:

Mifo Australia - Public warning

Smartware Pty Ltd (ACN 634 806 821), trading as Mifo Australia, sells electronic goods including earbuds, headphones and speakers online through their website, mifo.com.au.

I myself had a terrible experience with the earbuds but did manage to get a refund.

  So who are the people behind Mifo? Not much point issuing warnings if we don't know that information. They can simply close up shop and start a brand new one and nobody would know until it's too late.
