purchased voucher on 3rd July, got payment confirmation. but no voucher yet, No phone no for head office, local store says they cannot help without voucher. :(

Never got SMS after purchase, you are lucky if you get it, else there is no contact who can help. Waste of money for me. There is no head office or call centre. Contact section takes you to local store who says they can't help.
Charge back with your bank if you didn't get what you paid for
