I have these, good fit and sound for me. For those whom like the old school war buds with no cushion and sorta open air

    • Yeah, I have two pairs, great sound and great mics.

My only problem is they seem to have some sort of fall detection built-in, and they pause when I move my head. Annoying, and I don't know how to turn it off. Their "app" is just a graphic equalizer.

Does anyone else have this problem?

      • +2

You can turn off the "in Ear detection" in the apps.

        • Thanks, I'll try that.

I have the air2's, about 2 years old and still going strong. Great value headphones

  • I bought the air 4 which has malfunctioned.
I can't find a way for warranty claims.
How do I do that ?

  • Thanks, my Air 2 battery on the case doesn't last long, so time for a new pair and these will do nicely.

I had the Air 3 Pros for 2 years, thought I'd finally killed them after their 3rd run through the washer and dryer. The light wasn't showing on the case when charging, though the earbuds were still working perfectly. Ordered the new Air 4 Pros, thinking they'd had a great innings, but turns out the only thing that wasn't working was the little green light!

So now I have shiny new ones, and my daughter has my old pair, still functioning perfectly fine, minus the light.

  • Time to upgrade from air2

  • I bough the older Air2 and Air3 a couple of years ago. Still going strong and great quality!

  • Only white ones at this price.

I am looking at getting new pair. Great budget earphones i prefer the feel of this style compared to buds style.

  • +3

These are shockingly good for the money.

  • I've got the Free2 classic. It's not the best but fits well and has good sound. It's missing some features I'd like but I can't fault the brand at the price point they sell at.

Good if you just looking to try ear buds or just want budget ones. They're good value.

  • Anyone own these and Airpods Gen 1 or 2 and can comment on comparative sound quality and ear fit?

    • Probably not a hugely fair comparison, even the Gen1s seems to still be 100$+ (and were closer to 300$ on release).

    • +1

Ear fit is exactly the same as Airpods 1/2. Sound quality is great.

    • I have the Air 3 (not the Deluxe) and they're about 80% of the sound quality of Airpods. At this price range, I would get the QCY T20 instead ($35). The QCY T20 is noticeably better than the Air 3 and about 90% of the sound quality of the Airpods.

  • How's the microphone on these and can it cancel out the background noise so the person I'm talking to won't scold and hate me?

    • +1

mics and noise reduction are excellent.

Grabbed these for $48 from Amazon a while back and didn't expect a lot. Have been very surprised and like them plenty. Highly recommend

Thanks OP just bought. Have had the air 3s for a few years. Love em so why not as a spare! Can't beat half price! 🍻

  • Thanks OP. Have the air2 and love the design, these should be great

  • Can't fault mine for the price!

LOL, thanks. Staring me right in the face but didn't see it !

        • I didn't see it either…thanks for the question.

Thanks OP…picked up a pair…I will give them a go

  • Thoughts on these vs AirPod pro? My AirPod pros finally on the way out - wondering if these can tide me over till AirPod pro gen 3 comes out

  • How do they compare to SoundPEATS Clear Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

  • +2

Had 2 pairs of soundpeats, both failed with 1 ear bud not working around the 13-15 month mark.

Their customer service said too bad, warranty is only 12 months.

    • Same thing happened to mine in the same timeframe, 1 ear bud wouldn't connect to bluetooth, no hard resets etc helped :(

  • My Air 3 has an issue where the left earbud runs out of battery after 1 hour but the right is fine for several hours. No idea how it’s happened but kinda annoying.
    About 18 months old.

    • Same. Right bud is probably a slave to the left, so left does all the work. It improved after I upgraded firmware, but it took me ages to do that.

  • This doesn't have multipoint does it?

  • I have the vanilla 3 and I love them so much.
I'm getting this as a spare or might give it to missus.

    Thanks Op

i purchased these a couple of months ago, but after recently grabbing a similar priced deal on huawei freebuds se 2 i wouldn't recommend the soundpeats personally.

the sound lacks bass in comparison, and if i dont pull both earpieces out of the case quick enough, the second one wont connect untill i place the first one back in the case and close it, then open to try again.

also had to download the app to turn off the touch controlls as having a beanie over them triggered it, whereas others i have seem to be actually capacitive touch sensing, not just proximity or something.

  • Can anyone comment on the voice quality for calls? I see the buds have two mics on each bud and CVC 8.0 for clear calls but, does that actually translate to decent audio quality on calls?

  • Good price, but don’t recommend them. Going from capsule 3 pros, I’d thought I’d upgrade to these. Wasn’t the experience I was expecting. Actually miss the capsule 3 pros.
