As someone who uses both daily, these sound better (though they each have their use cases ie. if I need to hear my surroundings then APs anyday)

App2 anc is better. Though using a foam eartips will improve the b2p anc.
Fit depends on your ear.
Non-pro, a lot better, but different fitment. Pro, marginally better, but less so on an iPhone, and the Airpods Pro 2nd gen have a lot of features locked to Apple Silicon, with the USB-C version eventually supporting lossless audio.
If you have a Samsung phone, the Galaxy Buds Pro will sound a decent amount better, but the Buds 3 Pro are likely to be a massive upgrade and will be fully announced in 10 days. There have been pre-launch discounts to sign up for as well, but you might have missed out.
