Not discounting its usefulness certainly, but just figured I'd put that info out there for those who will be on up-to-date firmware when 15 launches
Never ever give strange apps from the app store draw-over permission, unless you want to gamble on the developer not going rogue (or just magically having their play store account compromised) and drawing login pages over your banking apps?
I'd also very much doubt the effectiveness of it against anyone who can either uninstall or disable a package. (Whether that be from your settings or invoking the package manager via adb)
not even going rogue, dodgey bugga's buy their legit apps and then insert their dodgey code.
Pretty sure we tried this exact app, though joked of it being AppUnlock as it was easy to crack. Simply rotating the device on swiping down settings allowed access, even when settings was locked. Game over from there. Add new user and anything goes.

fairly sure this will be rolling out as an official feature in the next Android update, much like it is in iOS
