Minimum spend of $50 per order is required to be eligible for cashback.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

Apple & Dyson products; all electronic gaming, including (but not limited to) consoles, controllers, games, headsets, and accessories; baby food & formula.
Use of BIG W staff discounts and codes

Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
Fraudulent transactions.
Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

      Clicking through to "Shop Now" in the CR app and then clicking on Tips & Rates, it still says "Big W branded items 25%". I have no confidence in this deal.

    I was excited, but now I don't even know what is eligible. Lego I assume is 0.3%. Won't be buying any more Lego if that's the case.

      I read the email and assumed it would just be for everything, then saw your post appear then disappear. I was waiting until 4 then saw the bizzare eligibility list. I have no idea what is Big W branded.

        Exactly. I will give some feedback to the Cashrewards team. I emailed them today about this deal and they replied that it would be live at 4pm and couldn't provide any further details. Will tell them this is a 'shitty' deal politely :)

        I would assume (possibly incorrectly) that it would include the Brilliant Basics line of products as I believe that to be a Big W "Home Brand".

          If you click bigw link from cashreward and when its loading, it still says bigw branded item only 25%. I will wait for another hour before buying anything and see whether they updated everything.

    Seems that cashback 25% for everything. The cashback rate is not showing anymore for different category. Might be wrong

    Can confirm I bought regular things from BigW and tracked at 25% (although calculated without the gst). Terms doesn’t say BigW branded items anymore.

    Anyone had their transaction track? Haven't used CR at Big W for a while, but from memory it used to track pretty much immediately. Not sure whether to cancel my order.

      Reading your comment I wonder if I should cancel my order as well. It has been over 1 hour since I placed the order. It's not worth it without the cashback as you can currently get immediate 10% off with a code, and it's a hassle to open a dispute with CashRewards, with no certainty on the outcome.

      Edit: How do you cancel your order? In the FAQ it states "We aim to process your order as soon as it is received, therefore, unfortunately, you cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. If you no longer require an item that you have ordered, you can follow our returns process once the order arrives."

    I just bought $96 worth of items. Got email which shows tracking at $87, $21 cashback. I can confirm none of the items were "Big W" branded.

    Seems to be working for all items now regardless of whether they're considered Big W branded or not. Just bought a few things totaling $69 (i know, nice) and it tracked at $62.73 with $15.68 cashback, so I'm assuming it's just excluding GST in the cashback calculations.

      Offer has almost ended. Didn't end up buying after all that. I haven't been able to access Big W via CR and was stuck in a loop of "login and loading merchant data" all evening. Not a big loss as I've 10% off from Everyday Extra and still have a Big W gift card from the Prezzee offer.

          It was a marketing fail from Cashrewards which is a little unusual. The website also couldn't cope.

          Edit: Just emailed back Cashrewards with some feedback as I was in contact with them earlier today.
