These guys make some awesome gins and are 750ml too. They're are a small SA distillary in Thebartron, really cool distillary to have some drinks, play some pool and live music sundays :) limited food options, but really nice burgers and fries!

My favs are the Signature, Bold and Shiraz gins. Also partial to the Cerise Liqueur which is a bit different but i kinda like it!

The signature gin in particular is super smooth and great flavour, goes very well neat or with a fever tree medetrainian tonic, or a Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa (blood orange).

They also do a sampler, which is pretty good value 3 x 250ml bottles.

  There are so many Aussie distiller making gin, which to me is the most boring and easiest to make of spirits. I reckon a lot a probably just buying an IBC of neutral grain spirits and dumping some botanicals, running it through a still and bottling it. It requires zero aging. I hope they are all doing this whilst aging some proper bourbon or whisky to get the some real spirits from a barrel ready or this market is gonna bust real soon, given the shitty taxes they all have to pay and the level of competition. Good luck to them all but it's a very saturated market.
