Is this targetted? I can see the banner showing "free box - buy a box get a box free" when I browse to a Fishbowl store, but don't actually see the option in your screenshot for the buy 1 get one free meals from the menu.

Could be targeted…..try to kill the app and reopen that. The B1G1 offer may only be valid when the shops are opening.
