    Hitman has got to have the most confusing buying process of any game ever.

    World of Assassination Part One is from what I've read basically a repackage of Hitman (2016), same as in the past when you could import the Hitman (2016) levels into the Hitman 3 starter pack/demo…I think…

      Yeah it's Hitman 1's levels in Hitman 3's engine.

      Personally I would just go the starter pack and if you like that grab the full WoA on sale. It has all three games' levels, which is a ridiculous amount of content. You could play each level once (which is not as intended) and still get 30+ hours and feel you got your moneys' worth.

        I've racked up 30 hrs of play, and I've done the training and 3 levels. I think I've spent more time in Sapienza than I have in my backyard.

      Respectfully, nothing is more confusing than trying to play Destiny 2 in 2024…

      Can't spell assassination without ass ass

    • Except I bought Hitman 2016 (Game of the year I think) and apparently I don't own this game.. So annoying.

    There's inevitably going to be questions on this so first off, after you get this, the Hitman 3 Deluxe Pack DOES NOT include Hitman 3.

    If you're after "all" of Hitman 1, 2 and 3 (excluding the premium stuff, not sure if it comes with or not), here's how to get it if you've bought Part One;

    1) Install the game and start it;
    2) Select "Campaigns";
    3) Select Hitman 3;
    4) You'll be prompted to buy the unlock, which for some reason, you can't just select via steam outside of this;
    5) Select the prompt, and a Steam page will open with the product "HITMAN World of Assassination Upgrade Pack". At time of writing, this was $36.85 which I think from memory is 50% off. In essence, this costs $0.24 more than just buying it all;
    6) Buy the thing;
    7) Question if capitalism has gone too far with this nonsense;
    8 Enjoy the Hitman 2 and 3 campaigns!

    OP - fine for you to pick and choose what of this to include in this post, better than just creating a new post.

    • Correct me if I’m wrong? But would it be cheaper to buy the game and then the deluxe pack which is 30.49? Total $34.90ish

      I’m so confused if this includes all the extra maps and levels?

    Buy this to get the full download / updates / achievements etc unlocked on steam, then use https://thepeacockproject.org/ to play instead of the official servers.

    I'm not encouraging anyone to use the 'cracked' Peacock to unlock all of the extra levels, game modes, escalations etc. Just encouraging using the official Peacock so you don't keep getting disconnected mid-game with 'Server is unavailable' from online-checks for a single-player offline game.

      Wow that's an amazing project. I can't believe it's not taken down lol.

    I've been reading the Steam product pages, reviews, etc. for the last 30 minutes and am still no closer to understanding what I should actually be purchasing to receive all of the content. Is everything included within the Deluxe Edition (not to be confused with the Deluxe Pack), which is currently $65.67 AUD, or is there a more cost effective option? What a mess.

    • No

      • Starter pack is free and contains tutorial and one level

      • part one contains Hitman 1 levels in Hitman 3 engine

      • world of assassination includes all levels from the three games but excludes a bit of dlc content

      • deluxe upgrade gets you that extra content

      If you buy part one there is an in-game upgrade to get parts two and three at a discount so you don’t pay the full world of assassination price again. The deluxe pack is still extra in this case.

      Yes this is needlessly complicated. I would try the free trial and if you like that just buy world of assassination.
