I'm having issues with cashback not paying out lately… been 20 days for the special gift cards offer and 10 days for the coles one.

  I feel like I'm experiencing something similar.
  
  At least I recall in the past - the tracking of cashback would be within the week and the actual payment a few days later, irrespective of the expiration date of the offer. Am still waiting on a Cashback for Coles, for which CBA won't investigate at until 14 business days have elapsed (even though the offer is marked as 'expired').
