Cashrewards Customer Service Become Worse

Have submitted a missing cashback ticket over 5 days and no one reply. This never happen for cashrewards, the customer service level is much lower than before in cashrewards. Have anyone feel that?

From TA moved to Topcashback, more people and customers left over from Cashrewards.

  • So far all my transactions for cashback always tracked successfully and paid by all 3 cashback companies. Today my withdrawal from Cashrewards has just landed in my bank account from Amaysim and NordVPN cashback.

    Top tips:
    ✓ Always use Chrome mobile browser (no add-ons) in phone/tablet for cashback purpose.
    ✓ No adblocker app/VPN/certain DNS that can block tracking.
    ✓ Third party cookies are allowed in Settings - Privacy and security.
    ✓ Send a do not track request as OFF.
    ✓ Only use phone data unless you are sure your wifi router doesn't block tracking (like NextDNS/Adguard in router setting etc.)

    • It's missing cashback ticket which is filled up in their existing templete, I don't need to write any message.

  • They've mostly tracked for me and always got back to me when I've queried a cash back. Not sure what more one could want.

    • This is my second purchase from Amaysim via csdhrewards, last time also untracked, but they responsed my ticket very quick and manually credit it in my account

      • Untracked means Cashrewards app is not always reliable … I wonder which step did you do that caused the transaction untracked. Or maybe the default browser is not Chrome mobile? From android or iOS? Maybe setting in Safari or other browser or adblocker app/setting or from the wifi network that blocked the tracking.

        In my iPad, I have Adguard adblocker for Safari browser and NextDNS for system wide blocking. I never tried shopping from iPad for cashback purpose.

        I suspect Firefox browser maybe not good for cashback tracking. Brave browser is definitely not good for cashback tracking because of built-in adblocker. Safari browser maybe also block certain tracking. Chrome mobile browser does not have add-ons/extension, of course google is well known for excessive trackings …

        Other possible answer could be from Apple that blocks certain tracking. If that so, maybe not a good idea to use Apple devices for cashback tracking …

        • Exactly same mobile phone, same CR app, just log out my account and login to my wife's account, and make a new transaction on next day for same shop amaysim as well, transaction track immediately. That's prove no issue with the device and mobile phone setting.

  • Everything has gone down at Cashrewards since TA left! A Quick Look at their LinkedIn will show you why… they are just an ad company now, filled with paid placements. No doubt competitors do the same, just not to the extremes at Cashrewards.
    I had lifetime earnings of almost $4K with Cashrewards and not used it for 6 months now.
    Such a shame.
