Moved to Forum: Original Link

Eco-friendly home laundry gets easy with the Westinghouse 8kg Heat Pump Dryer. With a generous 8kg capacity, 15 tailored drying programs and a 7 star energy rating, this smart dryer is designed to gently care for all your fabrics while saving energy and water.

I am moving house and I need to replace some appliances.
Long list with 3 purchases so far. I like the aesthetic and price of the Westinghouse heat pump.
Staff was friendly and suggested this model over a vented dryer.
Bought a fridge from another retailer and now I am looking for an oven. Any suggestion?

  • Slightly cheaper @ HN, and their delivery cost was cheaper than TGG when I quoted. The $1k mark seems to be standard across B&M and online retailers.

      • OOS until August 6th if you look closely, hence I didn't post that link.

It's $999 delivered here and in stock.

I'm seeing "In stock Less than 5 items left - hurry!".

Regardless, I don't think OP is familiar with Ozb posting guidelines.

Because it is not his own stuff

I bought this [Esatto 8kg Heat Pump Dryer](Esatto 8kg Heat Pump Dryer) for $550 a month ago. As I put it outside so don't need a fancy one. And it down to about $500 with recent ebay sell.

    • How is it so far? Trying to figure if it is worth spending double on other brands. essato does have good reviews on this forum

this is a comparison from appliances online. For me, I found it is very useful. I bought it just because Perth winter is very wet and I have 2 kids and there is a lot of cloth to dry and weather is not good. Now I don't do sun drying any more as the dryer is very handy.

This one is very basic the auto drying detected is not very good it stopped when it was still not completely dry. I have to set up the time manually. but It covers all I need.

      • Rated well on ozb for a reason great value for what it is.

    • I got tue Haier 8Kg Heat Pump 3ysa ago, works really well, especially since you can even use on "don't use tumble drier" clothes. Best thing is it's almost as good as an iron, so my worknshirts, kods school uniforms, other half's dresses all go in and come out wrinkle-free and only cost ~50c/load or free during the day.

Writing a Ted Talk about how you need to buy appliances is not a bargain.

  • Have 2 essatos in the family and its great. Use on auto most of the time comes out fine . Do at least 5 or 6 loads a week. Would say for similar price you can buy a 8 or 9kg beko heatpumps. The advantage is steam and 5 year warranty.
