Don’t know anything about this speaker, I was browsing speaker for my daughter and find this slightly lower priced than other places. Possibly pick up too, but not sure.

Does this thing have onboard storage, or just bad description wording?
I believe you can download music to the UE Boom App so you can create playlists. No on-board storage on the speaker itself.
yeah I think that's a new feature, well button actually which is on the newer speakers.
it's also on the Epicboom I think you can program a playlist so all you have to do is pull the speaker out (maybe power on?) press that button and the speaker plays the playlist. and you can program the button with spotify playlist as well.
if I had to guess probably holding that playlist button will power on and play playlist in one press but might be wrong. I just think it's meant to be the whole point of the playlist button to make things super quick and easy.
