  • Great price. I still haven't played it yet.

  • +1

Seems to be a lot of sale. Wyrmspan at $71.98 looks pretty good.

Not sure when they started stocking Final Girl stuff, but they seem to be price decently especially if you have gift cards.

    • I've only ever seen the FG starter kit in the 3 stores I've been. Have been waiting for it to drop, but $52 is not enough.

      • I paid a bit more for the two separately (kinda, I used Amazon credit) so this price seems good to me. I do have a lot of JB Hifi gift cards I need to burn through though.

        • I never see any on FB marketplace, is it replayable enough you'd never sell it?

          • @Nalar: People rave and rave about Final Girl. At the moment I pretty much have to play everything solo and this is supposed to be one of the top solo board games out there. I have played it once and got slaughtered. I don't think I scratched the bad guy. Very bad/newbie tactics on my part and some really unlucky dark power cards flipped for Hans, a very bad combination. Does make me want to go back and try to play again and try something different to get a better outcome.

The good thing about Final Girl is as long as you have the base game then you can plug and play any of the Feature Film Boxes.

Each Feature Film Box features a unique Killer and and iconic Location, and the more Feature Films you have, the more killer/location combinations you can experience!

So I suppose if you think you will enjoy the game to a certain level then the Starter Box is a great place to start. It comes with what is regarded as the best Feature Film Box to get into the game. Also helps that there is a discount to buying both parts separately.

After that, depending on how much you enjoy the game you could always just buy a new Feature Film Box, play it and if that particular one doesn't click, you can just sell that one and try a different one. I don't know what the resell value of these would be though.

  • Care of BGBBQ discord, Monkers is on sale if you want it instore rather than waiting on the current lowest price of $33.45 via Amazon. This was actually sizzled in their podcast this week I was listening to.

  • Dang, got it from EB for 88 and still havent played it yet.

    • I have broken the seal on mine! I do hope to play it soon.
