I'm purchasing a standing desk from omnidesk and was wondering if anyone had experience with navidium shipping protection.
Is this shipping protection this a scam in Australia as we can just dispute these things with our bank if item doesn't turn up?

How is it a scam? I presume they provide the service of shipping protection, potentially making it less of a drama if there is an issue.
Are you saying the service is of little benefit, or do you mean it is a scam that takes your money and does not provide the service?
Scam because you are paying for insurance that covers the seller, not you. The seller is responsible for delivering the goods. If they are damaged or lost in transit that is their problem, not yours. So they should pay for insurance if they want it and not you.
"Scam" is an overly and often incorrectly used word these days. (along with "Crisis").
