amaysim SIMs Not Being Delivered

So I've bough a number of amaysim plans over the various deals that have come up. Right now there are 6 SIMs that are in my account, none of which have been delivered.
One dates back from almost two months ago. I've reached out to live support and they have 'resent' all of them….still nothing. They have the my correct address. Now, 3 of the SIMs have activated themselves and are counting down to the expiry date.

FWIW, there was a failed payment on two of the SIMs (the payment succeeded on checkout but actually failed silently) which was later paid off.

Anyone else have this issue?

      Highly doubt it since I have received plenty of other mail, just nothing from amaysim

    the last amaysim sim I ordered arrived so can't say I have had this issue myself do you have issues with all mail or just amaysim sims?

      Just amaysim. I've received plenty of other mail/parcels from other senders just fine

    I've ordered 2 Amysim SIM's - 1x late last year, 1x May 24 …

    Both arrived no probs.
    From memory, is VIA Aus Post general network.

    Considering almost no discussion on any forums - related to Amysim … It appears a local issue - just you.

    Add to that, about (un-received) SIM's being activated … Starting to point … Not Amaysim's fault - but some issue your end.

    You did input your correct postal address? Didn't you?
    It is a possibility, after all

    I just bought a $2 sim and replaced the current one which automatically got activated.
    The sim never arrived in the mail.

    Yes having the same issue. Been 13 business days and still no sim, and the live chat is a joke. Constantly disconnects (not an internet issue) and you have to start any request all over again.
    Extremely poor experience for me.

    For future reference - I never received any SIMs. I ended buying some at the supermarket and had support transfer the numbers over. Any SIM that had activated themselves while I was waiting for delivery did not have their plan end dates reset after transferring to the new SIMs

    100% on the same boat man, sim never arrived after 10 business days. Paid $14 for it too, and when i check online, the sim was ACTIVATED and only 25 days remaining now????!!!!!!!!!!
