LEAVE YOUR FEEDBACK AND RECEIVE A FREE GARLIC BREAD OR 1.25L DRINK

Similar to the Pizza Hut deal which gets you a medium cheese pizza for survey, but this one is easier as you only need to rate three things for Dominos.

This maybe select stores only and unlike pizza hut, you can stack voucher codes but may not be able to do another survey when a free garlic bread/drink was redeemed.

You get a link after ordering from Dominos to get a free drink or garlic bread and it seems the window of filling out the form is shorter than Pizza Hut which is around 4 days for PH but less than a day for dominos.

Some stores may also accept a screenshot proof that you gave feedback and the code you get if you do online survey may only be valid at the same store you are reviewing.

    Its possibly not required. I typed the code in and the default free garlic bread was shown, i didnt test to see if it would go through, was surprised that another code worked for another item and the order went through.

    I ordered Domino's last week and got an email with 'we'd love your feedback' and then there's smiley faces. Not sure if thats it, unless it's targeted cause it didn't mention the freebies in the email.

    It seems that sometimes you get a normal email, other times its the one as per the screenshot.

    If the store has a message about a free garlic bread for showing the feedback, maybe the way to get the freebie.

      Got the email (from many stores, only bothered with two), and one of them had a giant sign in-store telling you to do it too for months now. If those guys don't do it, I figured what's the point of bothering further.

      As much as Domino's is the shittiest pizza out, 2 for 12 (which we had been getting 2 or 3 times a week minimum til it became 2 for 13) of those spicy lover pizzas, with a few smart edits, was a great deal. I'd have loved to have slapped a garlic bread on the order every time. But alas,

  Ordered domino’s online tonight then received the email to say leave feedback about online order and receive a free 1.25 drink or garlic bread.. so I’ve done the feedback

  Go into store to collect my pizzas, asked them about the email and they “think” it might be for my next order.. they wouldn’t honour it tonight until I said “well if it’s not in my next order I’ll leave bad feedback”..
  they told me not to leave bad feedback as it looks bad on them

    I think that is correct what they are saying, its a free garlic bread or soft drink on the next order. You should receive a link in the next few days with the code that can be used on an online order.
