  • Thank you. Shame you cant pick up which would save you guys some shipping costs

    • +1

When you order, just reply to the order requesting a collection from Nillumbik Cellars of Greythorn Cellars and we can do that for you. Orders will not be processed immediately due to the volume so allow us some time before we advise it is ready for collection. We may also have to transfer it as well. Cheers

      • cheers - will do

  • sad Canberra noises

  • Locked & Loaded. Prepare to be Ozbargained

  • Yum! now if I didn't already have 4 slabs of Tinnies Stout.

    .

  • Just tried the code. It's not working for me 😞

    • FROM 12pm AEST.

      • Got too excited 😅

        Thank you 👍

        • Good to go. ;) Enjoy.

  • Awesome! Grabbed a case. Thanks!

  • Ordered. Cheers 👍

  • I love you have been pre-warned in the blurb - Shipping exclusively with Aramex Couriers

If you order now, may get it before Christmas.

    • Based on the last deliveries we did for OzB they were exceptional (only 2 issues out of many hundreds of deliveries).

      • Yeaaaaah the Deeds Pale Ale slabs took 7 days to get from Melbourne to Ballarat. I generally don't have any issues with Aramex but that wasn't too great.

        • Sorry 3 issues… yours was a delay but it got there.

Again, pretty good given the hundreds we shipped out.

Name me 1 courier or postal service that delivers 100% of the time without loss, breakage, or delay. I know we can't, we have tried them all and your goods are insured whilst in transit with Aramex and we are here to assist for all shipping enquiries for our customers in the event it goes wrong.

          • @winesellersdirect: We order a lot of stuff online so I can deal with the occasional delay! For some reason Aramex like to run Ballarat deliveries through Geelong 🤷‍♀️

            • @beefsandwich: Yeah, I imagine your local depot hates getting to Port Melbourne :) don't we all, and they may have had capacity in Geelong to support pushing them out through there.

  • Thanks, bought a case. My favourite winter beverage

    • +1

Same! Shame I'm not in the right state either :( Nice Deal

  • Bought 1. Thanks OP

  • Only 20 slabs left. Get em while you can.

  • dark beer is 'healthier' than light right???!
    not that needed an excuse.

ps opinions on beers past by date? this an ozbargain peer pressure purchase as loaded atm.

    • Very surprised no one marked it short dated, but we are sold out now anyway and you will be able to enjoy beyond its BB.

      • scored 1… good know fine past BB! tho end sept plenty…thanks for the deal.

      • Yep, petty much can ignore best before on standard
Stout/ dark ale I think. Not so with light beers they should ideally be drunk from the moment they exist carbonised :) p.s this is not health advice and any decision to consume products beyond official best before days is on your own head.

  • Had it in the cart….put in card payment details and it came up with the sold out screen :( Oh well.

    • +2

      Ditto.
Fart arsing around adding an address!

      • Should've used Apple Pay :(

  • And there gone

  • EXCELLENT beer

But it's been replaced in from fridge by Coopers Extra Stout, I always favour a stout over a dark ale and the Cooper's is strong (6.3%, 1.9 SDs). Going for $67 at Thirsty Camel or $69 at First Choice or PM @ DM, but best recurring deals are the Coles liquor discounts (usually 20%) when it comes down to ~$55-60

  • Hey OP. Managed to snag a case.

Can you estimate lead time to SA?

    • Awesome!

As with the bargain ad - Allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed & despatched.

As with our shipping policy allow 2-8 business days for delivery from date of despatch for metro areas. These are general estimates and and we cannot guarantee delivery times as it is out of our control.

  • +1

No one ever comes back to these things unless they are complaining, but for those that do… out of 64 orders despatched Monday afternoon only 14 are still to be delivered with multiple on board for delivery today.

Say what you want about Aramex, but they have delivered 50 parcels within less than 48 hours. These are not all local to us (VIC), this includes SA, QLD, ACT & NSW deliveries. It certainly beats AusPost for a few locations that's for sure, and when it works it works very well.

    • Yeah 8am delivery for me, and they didn't stack it blocking the door! Aramex is quickly earning its way off the naughty list.

      • Great to hear. It can be driver dependent, but overall we think its working better than in the past.

  • Hey WSD
Would you consider a Hoegaarden and Leffe deal in the future. They have always been popular here.

    • Absolutely, if we can secure a deal we offer it.
