Hey everyone, is anyone else having delays with shopback for booking.com cashback?
I had a stay completed 31st Dec, supposed to be paid in March and still nothing. I asked gotyourback a month ago and he said they haven't heard from the merchant. Followed up with SB today and same old they are investigating. Is there anything else we can do? Haven't had this issue before, SB used to confirm within the timeframe.
I have another booking coming up with cashback and I'm thinking of just cancelling and finding a better upfront deal.
