These game will be transitioning from free to play to paid. So grab it and add to the pile, while it's free.

Price it's changing from free to play to paid

All current players will keep the game for free, however the store price will change. This is due to an agreement with the publisher, and is out of my control. Price will be determined on launch.

ABOUT THIS GAME
Rocky Mayhem is a rogue-like survival heavily inspired by the 'Asteroids' game. You play as a pilot, stranded in a mysterious area of space where asteroids try and hit you at every attempt they can, and flying away loops you back to where you once were. The aim of the game is to survive a full 8 minutes while the ship self-repairs all functions before it can escape the asteroid field.

Will you be able to survive the harsh environment of space and escape before your ship is blown to smithereens?

  From a review:

  Rocky Mayhem is an abandoned early access asset/template flip from the godawful GameMaker Studio. It looks like the developers copied a game template from Yoyogames for making a basic Asteroids game, and tried adding their own sprites and bolting a story mode on to the game.

  $100 is all it costs to publish what you like I guess. itch.io is a better target space for your development efforts. Steam is full of this hot garbage.

    I ignore all Steam freebies. The only good free games are on Epic and Amazon (with Prime sub).

  Asteroids was the first video game I ever played. We ended up having the arcade game in the basement back home as a kid. I'll play this at least once for the nostalgia. Thanks OP

  Get Nova Drift instead of this. It's coming out of early access this year and has had actual love and effort put in to it with cool weapon interactions/upgrades
