WTF? That's just weird. I bought multiple from Travelkon and it was as expected (eg I put different sims into different devices). Guess I'll have to use their 25% off then…

Agreed. Example EU eSim 20GB for 30 days, when compared to others is alot more expensive even after discounts … IMO need to shop around

FYI Flexiroam only allows each account to have 1 e-sim per country. Recently purchased two Japan e-sim and planned on installing on two devices but they were both automatically assigned to the same e-sim. This is different to Airalo which sends across two separate e-sims & activation barcodes.
Their customer service wasn't super helpful and refused to refund despite this "feature" not stated anywhere on their website. The website states "Can I have multiple eSIMs linked to my account? Yes, you will receive dedicated eSIM for data plan purchases, unless you top-up an existing data plan." Turns out purchasing an additional e-sim for a country you already have is treated as a "top-up". The resolution offered to me was to create a new account and they transferred the e-sim to the new account.
