Would depend on the cop and if the rider passed the initial attitude test. What ticket did you get and what fines were applied? Riding an unregistered/uninsured vehicle? Driving a vehicle not on a road? Riding without an approved helmet? Incorrect class of license for vehicle? The list goes on. Someone else's ticket cant be used as a defence for yours.
