Cashrewards Cashback Not Working, Loading Error for Weeks

Over $100 available to be redeemed. My saved deposit account details are gone. Pages to add details and redeem cash are giving error “we’re having trouble connecting please try again later”. Same result on different browsers and on wifi and mobile internet and on different devices. This has been the case for over 2 weeks. Customer service took a week to tell me they’re aware of the problem. I’m very frustrated as I need that money.

Is anyone else having the same issue? Is withdrawing rewards working for you?

    By any chance, are all your devices Apple??

    • iPad and Google pixel phone, both same results sadly.

      • Oh.. was going to say turn off the private relay function. That’s been causing all sorts of problems for me

    I'm wondering if Cashrewards is going the same way as their competition.

      Probably. Their app doesn’t even track properly any more; did two Expedia transactions yesterday and neither tracked. Worked fine this morning on the desktop though so looks like I’ll have to use the desktop next time there’s boosted cashback
