eBay Gave Me a $20 Dollar Birthday Voucher on a $200 Spend - Can't Make It Work

I got a $20 birthday voucher off a $200 spend, I already had some items in my cart and was hoping to use it, but I keep getting a 'you have not reached minimum spend requirement.'

When I click on the T&C's it says ["Eligible Items" means items listed on eBay.com.au where a link to these terms and conditions and the coupon redemption code starting with BDAY20 is found in the item listing.]

Where the hell do I find such items? Is this a dud promo, and has anyone been able to make it work?

  Lol - thanks for the greets… birthday is tomorrow! Also I guess I maybe worked it out, but it's so random - put something that was over 200 and then a little box appeared saying you could get 20 off this. Which is super annoying if I wanted to get a bunch of small things but didn't know if they couldn't towards this promo or not.

  It's a shame coz I wanted to treat myself to the Weber babyQ cart that was posted a few weeks back that is currently 45% off, and try to squeeze more discounts out of it!
