Looking for a new Woocommerce hosting.
Currently use siteground, expensive and not very friendly.
Hope cheaper and reliable, support one click migration from siteground.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I wouldn't use Siteground just to avoid cPanel personally.
They no longer use cPanel. Migrated away from that years ago.
Siteground is going to be as cheap and reliable as you are going to get.
How much traffic does your site get?
Traffic is fine, cpu seconds reach monthly limit so siteground just stop my running site, there is no way i can get my site back immediately as it could need 72 hrs even I pay for upgrade to higher plan
So maybe you need to optimize your site to have more efficient operations to avoid CPU seconds.
How much are you paying at the moment for SiteGround? That might also help us provide recommendations.
GoGeek plan, $70/mth I think, just paid almost 1k for all cost next year
The problem is my site is down there is no short-term exemption for me to optimise site until end of this month
Will purchasing their essential expert service one month $69 could bring my site back immediately?

Siteground isn't all that expensive is it? And "Woocommce" hosting is just WordPress hosting. And that is just a server. I wouldn't use Siteground just to avoid cPanel personally.
Sounds like you don't need the cheapest way to host, but the cheapest managed host that can hold your hand. And from what I've seen they are out there, they will do for you things that you should know how to do yourself for pretty low prices. I can't remember what they are though because I've never really considered them. I'd rather learn how to hold things myself even if it's a PITA.
