Is it worth spending low 1k on a used precision 5540 4K 15” touch laptop?

The Dell Precision series are ISV-certified workstation laptops so generally are quite pricey when new and even when used, they are still comparatively more expensive than consumer or even business grade laptops like Thinkpads or Dell Latitudes.
the 4GB GDDR5 Nvidia T1000 is not very high end, according to Notebookcheck it features less CUDA cores than the budget GTX 1650
Only reason you'd want one of these is for CAD but nowadays people are opting for normal Geforce GPU's and not really buying into the Quadro marketing spin.
4K OLED touch panels are nice but be aware in a 4 year old laptop OLED screen burn in may be possible, the longer it's been used the more apparent burn-in becomes.
The laptop has i7 10850h. Screen I believe it’s 4K IPS.
