You can get a raincheck at Coles.
They told me due to covid they don't do rainchecks but that was during 2021 so hopefully they do rainchecks now.
I can confirm that raincheck are back at Coles (but still dependent on the staff at the front desk).
Woolworths on the other hand, has not brought back raincheck since Covid.

Check the recipe on the luv a duck website. You want to make sure you paper towel the outside of the duck first - so the skin becomes crispy
Ducks have more fat than chicken, probably the most important thing to remember. You may want to elevate the duck more than you would a chicken in the oven.
