Ways to Watch Euro 2024 via VPN

Good morning OzBargainers. I thought I post a forum post regarding ways to watch Euro 2024 for free via VPN.

The official UEFA website says that it's available to watch at.

Way too many free options there. Did anyone try any?

On some you need to make free account via VPN, on some others, account might not be needed.

  • For those speaking french or learning or willing to watch the EURO in the language of the incoming winners you can watch TF1 and M6 channels with a VPN, need an account but it's free

Whilst Optus have jacked their prices in recent years, I still think $25 to watch the competition is pretty decent value, especially if you watch all/most of the games.

    • i was in Singapore recently, and i found out that people have to pay S$40+ per month to watch the English Premier League. Optus Sports only charges $24.99, which is pretty good.

  • try something like BBC/ITV/RTE & either VPN in just to set geo location then watch or use their digital catchup players again get the game playing with VPN then you should be able to switch the VPN off

    • I had issue with ITV. I get error code 01-01

      • that's almost certainly a location problem, what VPN are you using? ITV do block some of the more common VPN's that don't monitor whether they work with certain services like ITV etc, a good VPN service that claims to work with ITV should do the job

        • I have tried four different VPN's. I have tried Avast, HMA, KeepSolid and Urban Vpn.

          • @Scrooge McDeal: hmmmm in that case have you tried the solutions posted online? Are you trying to watch on a computer if so which browser?

            • @Irishness: I have tried on mobile. On Google Chrome but I have put it on desktop mode.

I cleared cookies as a solution, because it could picked up cookies from location other than UK. But again, no success.

There are a bunch of other free broadcasters, but I would like to see if any people have tried any. And which ones are successful.

I would only watch the matches that are on 10:30. The 1:30 and 4:30 a.m games are not for me. 😃

              • @Scrooge McDeal: I can access RTE & both BBC / ITV so not quite sure what is your issue, maybe try & see if you can access BBC & eliminate whether it's ITV in particular

                • @Irishness: It's ok, I already found another solution from another free broadcaster.

I am thinking if a deal post would benefit other people. Because I think not a lot of people have seen the forum post.

TVNZ works for me via Surfshark VPN. Just need to create a free account. The streaming quality of the live games is a bit dodgy, but the recorded replay quality is much better.

    • might be down to you internet speed & buffering so it's not running at max resolution

  • Anyone know where to get the BBC Android TV apk
