34 Inch Ultrawide Monitor Suggestions (144hz+, 1ms Response Time, 1440p) - Budget $600

I am looking for a monitor with the following specs:

34 Inch,
1440/2k res
1ms response time

Probably looking down the path of a VA panel since theyre cheap - unless there is a great deal on an IPS at the moment.

Any suggestions?
