        With Amazon return, don't think there will be a problem, got a SSD die at the last month of 3 year warranty, rep replace same product or full refund.

        I haven't, but a friend did that with his 5110 (plus it was raining). He used it for an additional year or so.

      After reading the reviews it appears its a common issue

      left ear bud doesn't charge at all. And it right one doesn't even pair.

      Rubbish product. Reliability my arse.

        I have the same problem. Paired but no sound from left bud. Did you return it to Amazon or try to use warranty?

          I complained to them and they refunded the amount to me and told me to keep or trash them.

          Just tell them that the closest return place for a refund is far away and the item is only $17-20. Ask them if someone that delivers for amazon can pick it up. Also mention its a known issue with people reporting it in the reviews and complain why Amazon is still allowing it to be sold.
