Has anyone successfully had a cashabck approved during the current campaign, where the price they achieved was via a pricematch through the online Sony store? Or alternatively, bought from one of the usual large chain stores' eBay store with a discount coupon and then got the cashback approved?
I am looking at a lens which is discounted (alledgedly) but a further discount coupon of $300 brings it down to a very good price and then the current cashback would be icing on the cake. I have so far got the Sony online store to match the discounted/couponed eBay price, but just trying to decide which purchase (eBay or Sony store) gives me the best chance of a further $150 cashback.
Yes, me. Multiple times. Price match + Sony cashback will work without problem.
Cash rewards or shopback cashback is.. debatable. I had no issues claiming them with price match in the past but others have.
