Hi there, checking if anyone has multiple accounts ( service numbers ) under the same Telstra ID?

Yep, I have multiple profiles (account IDs) visible on mine.

Yes, I had 1 username for 10 years then recently had to get Opticomm and got a new ID. Both ID's combined now

  Im having this issue with a new telstra id created under jb hifi plan and an old telstra id that i like to keep.

    It combine on its own.
    
    When you say old Telstra ID you like to keep, it implies they will delete it? I dont think they will.
    
    I can actually can sign in to both my ID's (different username and passwords) they both open up my same single account, same services and telstra point amount.
