    I'm just back from Japan, had Travelkon sims in both our phones (e-sim in mine, physical in my wife's). No complaints at all. Mine was flawless, wife's phone lost connectivity a couple of times when we were away from the bigger cities, but as I said elsewhere that was just as likely her phone. Nothing a quick reboot didn't fix.

    Hey, bought a few esims from you now. Can you confirm, if I get a sim that says activated in 90 days, I assume I have to be in country for it to activate? I can't do it from Australia? Also, I assume that 90 days is only till activation and then I'd get the 30 days usage?

      Yes you have to be in the country to activate it, you cannot do it in Australia.

      You will then have 30 days of usage after first activation.

              @xrailgun: Physical SIM does not require wifi connection - simply insert and wait for it to activate.

              The reason is because for eSIM, it need to download the "profile" off the operator, whilst physical SIM all the data is in the actual chip already.

      The T-Mobile has poor coverage in Hawaii, if you have an iPhone we recommend getting the AT&T or Verizon.

    Used Movistar SIMs (physical) in our recent trip (Northern Italy, Portugal, Spain, Southern France). 90% of time - perfectly usable. Some hassles in parts of Portugal and Spain where roaming constantly reset and internet died. By the next time that we travel, hopefully we will have eSim functionality on a newer phone!

      I see your "World Explorer eSIM | 13GB | Data-Only | 365 Days" product.

      It states both that it is "For use in 68 countries", but also "For use in 100+ destinations".

      Which is it?

      One list includes Mexico and the other doesn't.

      Also, how often is the provider's right to remove supported counties in your list(s) exercised? If you sell me something that is to last 365 days and if that period isn't honoured, how under Australian consumer law are you able to avoid responsibilty?
