  Was that for a 1TB? I've been waiting/hoping to get another 2TB Shield for about the price of the OP (regret not buying multiple). Maybe that's just wishful thinking.

    Yes 1TB. Did a lot of looking and Amazon was cheapest att. 1TB shields were $200+ iirc. Prices have dropped significantly as we close on eofy - presumably. Might send the T7 back and buy this, although it's only water resistant, unlike some more expensive seagate and adata (eg 800) equivalents.
