      Personally I've found centaur to be a bit of a disappointment. With my cold brew, I've found centaur to be a bit more bitter and less flavourful than my usual thunderchild.

    Wish 2x500g was an option. My household doesn't drink the coffee fast enough so we vac seal 500g and place it in the freezer.

        Uphill battle trying to discuss actual specialty coffee here on OzB… even though I'd happily pay $70 for a kg of Aida Batlle's coffees.

          Yeah haha probably a fan of nescafe

          I bought a gesha at $400 a kg the other month.

          50 shots of coffee still brings it down to $8.00. most cafes charge more than this for rubbish on a public holiday.

      Sunset blvd isn't bad but still very average.. My cafe does it for $40 a kg. I'd pick that over this stuff but I'd go gods honest truth, wood&co, cartels, code black over all.

    What's the difference between the Pegasus and the Twilight blends? I'm tossing up between ordering one of these but they both look very similar.

      Hey there Mystery Max and thanks for asking. Differences in the blends give the Twilight a little more crema and make the Pegasus a little softer on the palate. The flavour profiles themselves are similar. Just differ in texture given the origins in the blend.
      That probably doesn't help you decide :)
      Either one I am super confident you will enjoy.

    Hey Rep, which blend is the lightest roasted? I generally buy sumatra which works ok especially for espresso but it is closer to medium roasted for my liking. if you have anything lighter id like to try that.

      Hey there Cpt - Sumatra and Twilight are our lightest roasts. You will get a different profile from the Twilight so perhaps give that one a go and see if it's more to your liking.

    Just wanted to share my experience.

    Had an order go missing with Australia post. Messaged Airjo through their chat and Dan answered straight away. 2 mins later he had put through a replacement order which arrived the next day (to Sydney). A really positive customer experience :)
