Can't Check Gift Card Balance, Again (Ultimate, Physical)

I like to check my gift cards every 6 months to know they're all good.

I'm at this URL, which I specifically bookmarked.

I have all my #s written down in a spreadsheet, but I'm 99% sure my cards are / were
"Ultimate Everyone Gift Card" / "Ultimate Gift Cards Physical"

So I click the top link, takes me here:
https://myprepaidcentre.com.au/home

So I'm keying in the codes and it just says
"We were unable to process your information. Please try again."

It's asking for the "Enter Your PCN or Redemption code" - no matter what code I put in, nothing comes back.

  "Ultimate Everyone Gift Card" / "Ultimate Gift Cards Physical"

  From memory isn't there 'two' different companies that sell Ultimate gift cards? I remember having them both a while ago and being confused by them trying to check the balance on one until I worked out, that this Ultimate giftcard isn't the same as the others.

    I bookmarked the URL in my spreadsheet though, because of exactly what you said - I had trouble once, validating my cards, I messed up and it put the wind up me "omg the cards are dead / company gone!!" kinda thing

    So last time I checked, I bookmarked the URL by adding it above the cards, shrug

      You're at the right website, but you're entering the wrong card number after looking at your spreadsheet.

      If you checked a physical card, you would see your mistake, you recorded the wrong 'card number' in your spreadsheet. Drop the 0767 from your card numbers and you'll have better luck.

  If you have physical Ultimate gift cards, you can check the balance in two ways:

  1. Entering the PCN (i.e. the 19 digit number starting with 60395) on https://myprepaidcentre.com.au/home. I just checked the balance of one of my own physical Ultimate Everyone gift cards on that website using the PCN and it worked. The numbers on your spreadsheet are actually the activation barcode number, but if you get rid of all the digits before 60395, you will have your PCN.

  2. Entering the card number (starting with 4), expiry date and CVV2 into https://www.cardbalance.com.au/. This is listed as the balance check website for digital Ultimate gift cards, but also works for physical Ultimate gift cards.

  However, if you have digital Ultimate gift cards, you must use the balance check website for digital Ultimate gift cards (https://www.cardbalance.com.au/). You cannot use the balance check website for physical Ultimate gift cards in this case (https://myprepaidcentre.com.au/home), as you will run into error messages.
