Has anyone had theirs change to shipped? I ordered to pickup from a store so I guess I’m waiting for a while. Am I Wishful thinking if they will honour this if it was a pricing error? 🤞
Looks like myself and any-one else who ordered for pickup at Blacktown are screwed - they don’t answer their phone at all, called them 5x over two days. I highly doubt they would fulfil the order or even refund you with this level of service
Have sent email to request for cancellation on Wednesday evening and still no reply, seems like their customer service is really horrible. Also item is not sent and not sure what’s happening, I just want to have my money back ! And there is no number to call for online order

Those who really wanted such cheap imac must be really pissed off.
Anyone who received their machines be warned! I just called the store who advised it was ready to be picked up but that the machine had to be wiped as it was ex demo. No mention of it being a refurb on the site!
After receiving a cll to pick up i found out it was display model. Requested new and they sent one up from Sydney. Just picked it up. BNIB.
