How to Unlock The VoIP on the TP-Link VX420-G2H AX5400 Hybrid Wi-Fi 6 Modem Router?

Purchased from EBAY no mention in the listing that the VOIP was locked to TPG. Is there anyway I can unlock the feature new firmware?. I am also getting half the speed (via ethernet) I was on my D-link DVA 2800 my provider is More NBN HFC

UPDATE : I ended up getting a Telstra Gen 3 strange thing no config necessary, was just plug in and internet worked full speed. I didn't have to enter my username or password (PPPoE) can someone explain this ?. I am also looking at rooting the modem so I can use it with Crazytel

UPDATE 2 : Woke up this morning and the modem was dead, emailed the seller and was refunded almost immediately, not having much luck at all.

  No idea but I bought this router last month at OW for $248 and now it's $189 FML.

  Best to ask on Whirlpool, But as i know (from a quick google search), These modems are only provided to ISP providers, so the firmware is only in their hands. Best chance would be contacting your isp to see if they have a firmware for it.
