Not much of deal, but 30,000 in Telstra Plus points is the equivalent to ~$80 AUD and Telstra rarely provide sign-up promos for their Mobile plans.
Furthermore you could look to switch after receiving/redeeming the sign-up points or try to negotiate better price with Telstra chat (their Upfront plans are casual/monthly).
