Cashrewards Site - Looping at "Loading Merchant Data"

Clicking from the CashRewards site, to whatever site (eg; ebay, Amazon, etc), it says "loading merchant data" and then takes me back to a sign in page
Happening on ios devices and Firefox/Chrome/Edge on laptop.. on both wifi and mobile data

If I sign back in to the site, it shows my account correctly…

    Oh this is happening to me right now. Stuck on "Loading merchant data" for a while, then it's the login screen.

    Using Chrome on Windows. No VPN or pop-up blockers.
