Has anyone seen any good deals for end of financial year on the Galaxy S24+ or S24 Ultra in the 512GB size?
I have decided i will get either of these phones but struggling to find a good price, even amongst end of financial year sales.

That's good to know, thank you. I was thinking the best sales would be before the end of the financial year. Its hard to know weather to risk it and wait until after the financial year in case the price goes up. I dont think the current prices for EOFY sales are that cheap anyway so it might be worth the risk
Best price has been direct with Samsung themselves combined with government/education email (there's a way to get a temp edu email) plus with a trade in bonus.
or a corporate email account. Current price is $1531 for the 256 ultra, the 512 was ~$1670 from memory.
first purchase is a further 5% off and $150 trade in bonus is available.How can we get a temp edu email account? If we do, can we order through the edu samsung site?
There was a mention in one of the s24u threads. I tried looking but couldn't find it.
Apparently, you can use alumni email accounts.
Do we still need to care about my being am Exynos or a Snapdragon this with the S34 Ultra? I guess the Snapdragon is the better one? Cheers

You need to check on how their warranty claims work? Usually you send it back to an address in Sydney or else they have a nominated workshop to take it to. Also the warranty is 1 year whereas the Australian versions are 2 years.
Based on what happened last year the 24 Ultra will most likely be very cheap post June 30. Samsung find that they have not sold enough one them in the EOFY sales and so dump the stock as they are preparing for the next model.
I ended up getting the S23 Ultra 512GB with a bonus Watch 6 (which was free) last year for $1949 from Jb HiFi.
Now I took out a JB Hifi $99 plan which came with a $1400 gift card.
So in effect the phone and watch cost me $549, I cancelled the phone plan on day 1 and that cost me $800 to cancel so net the phone and watch cost me $1349.
I then sold the Watch 6 for $350 so the phone cost me $999.
This year that loophole with the JB Hifi Plan has ben closed as the cancellation fee on the JB JiFi Plan is now the value of the gift card, but I still think you will still see good prices post July 1.
