    I suspect it is due to the coupon code being a single-use customer retention offer specifically targeted to the OP.

    I have not used MILKRUN for a number of months, and I received an email a few days ago with a coupon code for $5 off a $30 min spend (but a different end date to the one in this deal). The coupon code I received is different to the one in OP’s deal, as it starts with FVTR7…, but it has the same terms and conditions as the ones posted in this deal.

    I just tried OP’s coupon, and got the same error message as you. I then tried the coupon code sent to me and it worked.

  Now that milkrun is owned by Woolworths, how is it different to a regular Woolworth “partner” delivery where they use Uber?

    You can’t return stuff bought through milk run as they don’t give you a Woolworths receipt.
