      Ok, so I've been roadtriping the east coast for 3months and never paying more than $2 for my Maccas coffee.
      What I've found, I can use the + Gmail method only 3times per address, and sometimes one payment card will work for all and others it wont. My ING debit card had more troubles than my ANZ credit card. Alias address with outlook worked ok also, but you limited to many how you can create.
      I ended up with around 15 Gmail address and once I'd used them (and the + all up) I went back to the beginning and tried again, it appeared the account must reset. So an address I'd used previously to sign up, was allowed to sign up again and get the promo coffee.
      This was all on the same phone, same name and postcode. I never had to delete and re-install the app.
      Order from the carpark so you don't get inside and find the order fails. Once you hit the third arch of the M at payment processing you are good to go, it will reject on the second arch if it's going to.
