I made a purchase with Lenovo for $1,349.00, expected cash back was $175.37. Cashback showing on the account was $61.38. I put in a claim and they manually changed the cash back to $157.42 and the claim was closed. Now Lenovo has declined the complete cash back.
Doesn't seem to be anyway to contact their customer service, just wants me to submit a claim again and then won't let me select the transaction.
What's your opinion, do I stick with Cashrewards and Shopback who I've never had an issue with?
