[Resolved] Has Anyone Had Issues with TopCashback?

I made a purchase with Lenovo for $1,349.00, expected cash back was $175.37. Cashback showing on the account was $61.38. I put in a claim and they manually changed the cash back to $157.42 and the claim was closed. Now Lenovo has declined the complete cash back.

Doesn't seem to be anyway to contact their customer service, just wants me to submit a claim again and then won't let me select the transaction.

What's your opinion, do I stick with Cashrewards and Shopback who I've never had an issue with?

    This is easily investigated & sorted as I have direct contacts at Lenovo. Please message me your TCB email address and the Lenovo order ID.

    Without speaking to Lenovo I can’t tell you why the decline or why cashback amount dropped, unless you purchased from their education store, used an external code, or negotiated a price.

    TCB did not & does not decline transactions as the entire process is done automatically via the affiliate network by Lenovo.

  • Yep, Over $50 worth of menulog cashback was not tracked and now i have radio silence from my ticket

    I wont use them again.

    • Hi. Once you lodge a claim, you receive an initial response then nothing further until we hear back from the merchant. Once we do hear back, it will either be approved and added to your account as payable, or declined. Please note that if you used any code at all with Menulog (as most do), or if the order was picked up instead of delivered, the claim will be declined.   • This happens with every cashback service at end of day. Sometimes it doesn't work, and doesn't seem to really matter which group it is, you'll find people who've had it rejected from all.

    But yes - if you've had good service with one group and no issues, why would you change unless it's a very good deal and you're willing to take a loss potentially.
