Mine is almost 2 years old model 7620
- replaced the track pad under warranty (broke within 3 months) can't fault their support, the tech guy came out to my house and replaced it on my kitchen bench. Very little downtime as I could still use laptop with a mouse which is what I do 99% of the time.
- Replaced the gpu fan myself when it was out of warranty. Got replacement for $10 off aliexpress.
- About to upgrade ram from 16gb to 32gb as I'm maxing out ram constantly.
I've owned hp, Acer and a Microsoft surface in the past. Haven't found a brand without problems yet.
I wouldn’t bother with these. They look like they are padded and have shape to them but they are flimsy soft material like a plastic bag.

Got it delivered today. Not that great. Laptop cases I got from EVOL are a lot better quality than these.
They tried to deliver mine same day and want me to pick it up from a Startrack depot half an hour from my house… dafuq? Would probably cost me nearly as much as the sleeve in fuel. If it's as crappy as you say they can keep it.
